Store Policies

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Packages will ship between 2-5 days, Monday through Friday. Once packages have been shipped with USPS, shipping times are out of our hands. Please keep in mind that COVID-19 may cause processing and shipping delays. Joyce Cosmetics is not responsible for missing or delivery theft. Orders that have been damaged in the shipping process may be eligible for a replacement by emailing joycecosmeticss@gmail.com with evidence. 

Please make sure that you have entered the correct address and information at checkout.

Refunds will not be given to anyone who provides an incorrect address or information.

Return/Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive a broken or damaged package you will be able to get a refund or replacement item. Email damaged item pictures to joycecosmeticss@gmail.com, asap, and your refund will be processed immediately after review. Please send your name, order number, and confirmation number. If you have received a wrong order, we will send you the correct item.

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping. All international shipping will be shipped through priority mail. Please keep in mind that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship.
